Night Sky Lanterns event at Darbar Sahib Kartarpur
Joti jot is the event Which is celebrated on the death of baba guru Nanak Dev ji.
In Sikh religion every event last for 3 days minimum. Nagar kirtan from the building of Darbar Sahib till the Zero line (indo-Pak border ) in the shape of a juloos occurs when Indian pilgrims coming through corridor returns back to India.
In recent Joti jot purab which was celebrated at Kartarpur Sahib was divided in different phases in akhand path Sahib was held in a separate room in the building of Darbar Sahib then and Nagar kirtan occurred on 21st September and at night sky lanterns event held at the podium with kirpan Sahib is situated near kheti Sahib in which many people participated specially sikhs and Nanak Naam leva on the 22nd of September a Kavi Darbar held in the building of Darbar Sahib in which poets from India and Pakistan presented their special poetry on sufism and about the ideology of baba guru Nanak Dev ji.
